The Nevada Union High School Music Wing Modernization project, built for Nevada Joint Union High School District, included the demolition and renovation of a 7,079-square-foot building located in Grass Valley, CA. This project consisted of the removal of concrete and tiered seating decks and will receive renovations to the interior partitions, lighting, interior finishes, concrete stairs, ramps, and walkways. Additionally, the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system were replaced. This project was constructed on a slab-on-grade foundation, a wood frame, a tilt-up precast panel exterior, and a thermoplastic polyolefin roof.
