The Rio Americano High School CTE project, built for San Juan Unified School District, included the demolition and renovation of an 11,700-square-foot Career and Technical Education (CTE) building located in Sacramento, CA. This project consisted of the installation of a fire sprinkler system fed from a new fire line to Buildings J, I, and H, and provided existing and new utilities to support the program and its new equipment. This project was constructed with a structural steel frame, a wood frame truss, a masonry exterior, and a built-up roof.
