The Ruby Duncan Elementary School project, built for the Clark County School District, included the new construction of an 88,359-square-foot elementary school campus located in North Las Vegas, NV. The facility supports over 650 students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade and houses three single-story buildings and one two-story building. The project also features a secure courtyard and a multipurpose room. The elementary school received LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for sustainable construction practices and energy efficiency. The elementary school campus was constructed of concrete masonry unit block and multicolored metal panels.
