The Animal Foundation Addition and Renovation project, built for the Animal Foundation, included renovation of the 48,000-square-foot animal shelter and the new construction of a 28,000-square-foot addition to the Animal Foundation campus located in Las Vegas, NV. The animal shelter and its new addition supports animal adoption, administration, community education, a courtyard for community and animal activities, and a medical clinic. The campus also features a new central plant for utilities, landscaping, dog and cat kennels, animal runs, and new parking areas. The facilities were constructed utilizing concrete foundations, steel structural frames, exteriors of aluminum frame storefront, and a PVC membrane roof. The Animal Foundation project provides an enhanced shelter equipped to admit a high volume of animals in the Las Vegas Valley.
