The Veterinarian Technology Remodel at Building B project, built for the College of Southern Nevada, included the renovation of a 6,400-square-foot technological educational building located on the Charleston Campus in Las Vegas, NV. The facility houses classrooms, a café, the college bookstore, student government, and student life and leadership offices. The building supports recruitment, the English department, paramedic medicine, health information technology, and veterinary technology programs. The project consisted of selective demolition of the interior, re-purposing classrooms and offices, and upgrades to the heating ventilation and air conditioning systems. Due to CORE’s effective communication and project scheduling, the Veterinarian Technology Remodel at Building B project was completed with minimal interference to student instruction and training on the active college campus.
