The Lake Mead Christian Academy Addition project, built for Lake Mead Christian Ministries, included the new construction of a two-story, 46,345-square-foot school campus located in Henderson, NV. The facility houses kindergarten through 12th grade and accommodates approximately 700 students. The project features 19 secondary classrooms and six early education classrooms separated into parallel wings and extended into double-loaded corridors with natural daylight. The new addition also includes 13 offices for administration, technology, and staff, a resource center, an athletic field and track, a gymnasium, a commercial kitchen, a multipurpose room, and laboratories. The school campus was constructed of a slab-on-grade foundation, wood structural frame, stucco exterior, and a built-up roof. The Lake Mead Christian Academy Addition now offers a secure environment for student athletic and academic development.
