The Lander County Courthouse and Administration Building project included the new construction of a 59,021-square-foot municipal judicial facility located in Battle Mountain, NV. The facility supports the offices of the Lander County Commissioner, District Attorney, Public Defender, and Juvenile Office and houses the Eleventh Judicial District Court and Argenta Justice Court. The project features a law library, secure holding cells, transportation areas, and a 4,000-square-foot basement for additional storage space and a 100-kilowatt solar parking structure. The judicial facility was constructed of a steel structural frame on a spread and pier foundation, an exterior of concrete masonry unit block, and a single-ply roof system.
