The School of Medicine Tenant Improvement project, completed for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, included the renovation of a 19,000-square-foot classroom building. The facility supports the Las Vegas Medical District’s Building B and houses classrooms and meeting rooms. The project included the selective demolition of walls, ceilings, floors and mechanical systems, and the installation of interior aluminum storefront systems, plastic laminate base cabinets, and porcelain tile flooring. The project also included new heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and audio-video systems throughout the building. The School of Medicine Tenant Improvement project now provides a state-of-the-art instructional facility for students entering the medical profession.
