The Residences at Park Place Phase II project, currently being built for Providence Life Services, includes the new construction of a three-story, 66,597 square foot senior living building addition located in St. John, IN. The facility supports an independent living campus, and the new building addition will house 54 one- and two-bedroom residential units. The building addition will be constructed on a poured-in-place concrete and spread footings foundation with cold-formed framing structural frame, a masonry and Hardi Board exterior, and asphalt shingle roof. The project will also feature elevators, balconies, and landscaping. The Residences at Park Place, Phase II project is estimated to complete mid-2019 and will provide residents with access to higher levels of healthcare at the nearby Health and Wellness Center.
