The Lewisville Independent School District Middle Schools project included three separate campuses in Lewisville, TX. Arbor Creek Middle School, Briarhill Middle School, and Downing Middle School each received a 2,300-square-foot fine arts addition while the schools remained active. CORE completed these fine arts additions safely, with minimal disruption to the school’s operations. The renovations included 2,000 square feet of existing space in each school’s music area and performed a tie-in of the new additions over the summer break. These projects were constructed on a concrete foundation supported by footings with a load-bearing masonry structural frame, a masonry exterior, and a modified bitumen roof.
