The Fire Station No. 92, built for the City of Henderson, has includes a 14,803-square-foot, single-story facility designed to support the City’s growing emergency response needs. Located in Henderson, NV, the four-bay station serves both as a fully operational firehouse and as an administrative hub. The project includes a 24-space parking lot, full utility infrastructure—power, water, sewer, and telecommunications—concrete flatwork, block walls, tube-steel fencing, site lighting, and landscaping, along with off-site improvements. A dedicated washdown area with cast-in-place concrete walls and a sump pit was also constructed to accommodate city sweeper trucks. The completed station enhances public safety capabilities while reflecting the City’s commitment to well-planned municipal infrastructure.
