The Covillaud Elementary School Modernization project, completed for the Marysville Joint Unified School District, included significant site improvements to the existing campus and the construction of a new two-story, 22,174-square-foot building in Marysville, CA. Site enhancements included upgraded utilities, landscaping, parking, walkways, and fire lanes. The new 16-classroom building was constructed with a concrete footings foundation, a structural steel frame, a masonry exterior, and a single-ply roof. This is the first new building at Covillaud Elementary School since 1950, and CORE is honored to have contributed to this historic transformation.
