This project was constructed on the active Montbleu Hotel and Casino site, and its two-story structure spans an impressive 138,550 square feet. With the ability to accommodate over 6,000 guests, the entertainment venue offers flexible space to host a wide variety of events. From hockey games to concerts, family events, and more, this beautiful facility is the new go-to destination for a night out in South Tahoe. The facility was constructed on a concrete foundation and features a precast concrete and structural steel frame, a masonry and metal panel exterior, a shingle and single-ply roof.
