The Carson Valley Middle School Renovation project, built for Douglas County School District, included the renovation of a 42,000-square-foot middle school campus located in Gardnerville, NV. The campus houses four classroom buildings for 723 students in seventh through ninth grade. The project included extensive demolition of the school’s existing art room, structural and exterior improvements, converting the space into administrative offices. The old administrative offices were then converted into the campus’ new art room. The project included restroom renovations, improved campus-wide fire alarm systems, and the creation of an exceptional learning classroom. The school also received new fencing, gates, vinyl composite tile flooring, polished concrete floors in the multipurpose room and repaired wood flooring in the gymnasium. The Carson Valley Middle School Renovation project now serves the district with an enhanced learning environment for the success of its students, faculty, and staff.
