The City Hall Annex Renovation project, built for the City of Henderson, included the demolition and renovation of a 16,000-square-foot municipal complex located in Henderson, NV. The facility houses the City of Henderson Library and Parks and Recreation and Development Services. The renovations of the municipal complex consisted of converting the library into office space, patching exterior finishes, modifying sidewalks for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, upgrading mechanical and electrical systems, and demolitions to existing partition walls to accommodate a new building layout. The project also featured the installation of a new TPO roof and the reconfiguration of the building entryway. Due to CORE’s construction efforts, the City Hall Annex now compliments the historic Water Street District in Old Henderson with a modernized facility.
