The Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay project included the new construction of a three-story, 128,654-square-foot senior healthcare facility located in Venice, FL. The facility houses 136 residential, independent living, assisted living, and memory care units for personalized care. The project features landscaping with several lighted walking paths between common areas and a garden where vegetables and herbs are grown to be used in the preparation of meals for residents. The new senior healthcare facility was constructed of a monolithic concrete foundation supported by strip footings, a concrete masonry unit structural frame, a stucco exterior covered by brick veneer, and a tile and thermoplastic polyolefin roof. The Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay now provides luxurious living accommodations and specialized care for seniors in Sarasota County.
