The Eastern Arizona College New Cosmetology and Grey Shell Additions project was built on the Thatcher, AZ campus. The project included the new construction of two buildings, one to be used for the college’s cosmetology program, the other to be used as a commercial space for a health clinic. These buildings are situated on an empty lot located on the northeast corner of the campus. Along with the new buildings, the remaining area of the lot was constructed into parking areas with an integrated fire lane, with a revamp to the street parking along College Avenue to the west of the site. The North Building, the Grey Shell, is split into two sections – the west half remains an empty shell for future use while the east half houses the health clinic. The whole building remains under the ownership of Eastern Arizona College.
