The Union Elementary School District #62 District Improvements project in Tolleson, AZ, was a multi-phase initiative to enhance educational facilities across the district while preserving its historic character. GMP #1 converted an existing parking lot into a dedicated bus lot, while GMP #2 addressed early site work, including utilities, demolition, and grading for driveways and the Building K pad. GMP #3 delivered a new 38,000-square-foot classroom building, a freezer/cooler near Building A, renovations to Buildings I, G, and C, a new restroom near Building G, and the restoration of historic Building H—modernizing campus functionality while honoring its legacy.
