The West Academic and Office Building at Arizona State University is a three-story, 52,314-square-foot LEED Silver facility that supports a variety of programs on the university’s Glendale, AZ campus. The first floor features an art gallery, drawing studio, shared project room, computer classroom, active learning center, breakroom, and outdoor work area, while the second floor includes two dividable 100-seat computer laboratories, four computer classrooms, and a spacious conference room. The third floor houses a computational laboratory, additional conference rooms, offices, 45 workstations, and a breakroom, with restrooms and storage areas thoughtfully distributed throughout the building. Centrally located on the West Campus, the facility is positioned adjacent to the main west pedestrian mall and directly connected to various student housing facilities, providing convenient access for students and faculty alike.
