The City of Casa Grande Fire Station No. 503 project involved the successful construction of a 15,919-square-foot station in Casa Grande, AZ. This single-story facility accommodates 10 firefighters and includes four apparatus bays, an ambulance bay, 10 dormitories, offices, a large kitchen and dining room, a training room, and a biohazard/decontamination room. The site features durable portland cement concrete pavement, a secure 24-space parking area, and a six-space public parking area. Additional features include a standby power generator, an on-site water retention system, and space allocated for a future helipad. This new facility provides Station No. 503 with a permanent, modern home, replacing the original portable building that closed in 2020 after surpassing its lifespan. Now fully operational, this state-of-the-art station enhances service capabilities for the growing city of Casa Grande.
