The University of Arizona Tech Park at The Bridges project included the new construction of a 120,000-square-foot office building in Tucson, AZ. The facility included a four-story building with a building footprint of 30,000 square feet. In addition, the fourth floor included 15,000 square feet dedicated to the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility system. The building was constructed a concrete foundation supported by footings with a cold formed metal and structural steel framing, a curtain wall and metal panel exterior, and a single-ply roof.
