The Royse City Fire Station No. 1 project included the new construction of a four-bay, 10,480-square-foot fire station. The project features drive-through bay access, four dorm rooms, a kitchen with a dining room, living room, bunker room, decan room, training room, and fitness room. The project also features two administration offices with a watch room. The fire station was constructed with structural stud walls, slab-on-void foundations, light gauge steel trusses for the roof line, and an exterior of brick and cast stone.
