The Melissa High School project included the new construction of a 155,000-square-foot high school campus located in Melissa, TX. The facility houses four separate buildings comprised of a four-story classroom building, fine arts building, student union with a cafeteria, and a gymnasium for a capacity of 1,500 students. The project also features a football field, landscaping, irrigation systems, sidewalk paving, restrooms, and fire sprinklers a well as visual equipment and theatrical lighting for the fine arts building. The high school campus was constructed on a concrete slab-on-grade foundation with a structural steel frame, tilt and curtain wall exterior, and a modified bituminous roof. The Melissa High School project offers a state-of-the-art high school campus to the community.
