The RightNow Media project, built for RightNow Ministries, included the new construction of a 34,160-square-foot office building located in McKinney, TX. The facility, which is the corporate headquarters for an international non-profit multi-media ministry, houses offices, a media center, a filming studio, a software and data center, and a call center. The project also featured the installation of overhead coiling counter doors, video surveillance for security, decorative concrete paving, and landscaping. The office building was constructed on a foundation comprised of slab-on-grade concrete with piers and grade beam footings, a structural steel frame and metal studs, an exterior of stone veneer and plaster, and a single-ply TPO roof.
