The Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve project, completed for the City of Plano, included the new construction of an 85-acre municipal park located in Plano, TX. The facility houses a 2,100 square foot pavilion, restrooms, three 90-foot pedestrian bridges, and a seven-mile concrete trail. Site work consisted of cut and fill grading, the implementation of water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage services, irrigation work, and the planting of trees. The park also features a concrete driveway entrance and a paved 276-space parking lot.
