The Jeffersonville High School Tennis Complex Phase II project, completed for Greater Clark County Schools, involved the new construction of a 4,447-square-foot ancillary building to support the high school’s tennis teams. The new facility serves as a concession building, complete with a kitchen and large outdoor covered patio. The first floor of the two-story building also features locker rooms, gender-neutral restrooms, a mechanical room, and custodian room. The second floor features offices for coaching staff, as well as a large observation room. This observation room provides spectators with a continuous 360-degree view of the 12 new tennis courts, which were constructed in Phase I of the project. The new Jeffersonville High School Tennis Complex building was constructed on a foundation of concrete footings with a wood truss structural frame, an exterior of masonry and siding, and a metal panel roof.
