The Addison of Pleasant Prairie project included the new construction of a three-story, 85,722-square-foot assisted living and memory care community located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The facility houses 96 apartment units for senior residents and includes a fitness center, salon, physical therapy room, art studio, and a formal dining room in addition to a memory box outside of each room for the placement of visual reminders by family members. Other features of this project consist of outdoor landscaping and state-of-the-art emergency systems. The community was constructed on a foundation of spread footings and frost walls with a cold formed steel frame, an exterior consisting of cast stone, brick veneer, and fiber cement siding, and a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) single-ply reflective roof. The Addison of Pleasant Prairie project now provides a warm and inclusive environment for social and physical activities for its residents.
