The Citria at Fruitville Commons project, being built for Stock Development, LLC, included the new construction of a 256,770-square-foot 300 unit, four building apartment complex in Sarasota, FL. The four-story apartment complex also featured a two-story clubhouse, a maintenance building, seven garage buildings, a garbage compactor building, and site amenities. The Citria at Fruitville Commons project was constructed of post tension slab with a wood frame and a stucco exterior with a composite shingle roof. The Citria at Fruitville Commons project now provides a modern and luxurious apartment complex for the Sarasota community.
