The Tuscan Gardens of Delray Beach included the demolition of four existing on-site structures and the new construction of a 133,554-square-foot assisted living community in Delray Beach, FL. The community supports 16 independent living units, 64 assisted living units, and 50 memory care units in a three-story, independent living and assisted living building, a two-story memory care building, and a one-story amenity building. Construction consisted of a conventional spread footings foundation, a concrete masonry unit/hollow core structural frame with a stucco/stone exterior, and a wood truss/tile/TPO roof. The community will also include the development of the 7.5-acre site with related amenities.
