The Liv + Gainesville project, being built for Crocker Gainesville 1031 TIC, LLC, will include the new construction of a 286,158 square foot student housing unit in Gainesville, FL. The student housing project will support 600 off campus students in 232 units. The four-story student housing facility will be constructed of a wood structure with a blend of stucco and applied stone veneer with a post tension slab on grade foundation and a thermoplastic membrane roof. The project will also feature a stand-alone, 504 space pre-cast parking garage as well as complete amenities including an activity area, courtyard, pool, and site amenities.
