The Tampa Oaks Senior Living project, built for Tampa Oaks Senior Living, LLC c/o Christian Tyler Properties, included the new construction of a three-story 105,000 square foot senior living community located in Temple Terrace, FL. The facility supports Assisted Living and Memory Care for 130 residents in 108 apartment units. The senior living community, also known as the Promise Pointe at Tampa Oaks, was constructed on a concrete footers foundation with a concrete masonry unit structural precast frame. A stucco exterior and asphalt shingle roof completed the construction. The project also features a private dining room, laundry rooms, lounges with fire places, game room, and library as well as a fitness center, barber shop, and beauty salon.
