The Heritage Oaks of Englewood project included the new construction of a 93,919-square-foot assisted living facility in Englewood, FL. The facility houses a two-story assisted living building with 86 residential units, an adjoining respite care building, and a 32-unit memory care building. Construction of the facility consisted of a concrete foundation with footings, a structural frame of CMU block walls and hollow-core planking, a stucco exterior, and a roof of asphalt shingles, TPO, and metal. This project also features 10 acres with various site amenities, such as lounge areas and walking paths. Seniors living in Sarasota County can now experience individualized care in the comfortable environment of the Heritage Oaks of Englewood facility.
