The Tuscan Isle of Poinciana project, built for Vieste, included the new construction of a 227,836-square-foot senior healthcare complex located in Poinciana, FL. The healthcare complex houses a three-story, 56-unit assisted living facility, a 36-unit memory care facility, and a four-story independent living community with 120 private apartments. The project features private dining, a full bar, a movie theater, a café, a general store, a massage parlor, two memory gardens with a recreation path around the perimeter of the property, and a courtyard with a barbecue area. The new complex was constructed on a concrete slab-on-grade foundation supported by spread footings, a structural frame of concrete masonry unit exterior walls and wood trusses, a stucco exterior on concrete masonry unit; and a concrete barrel tile roof. Interior finishes consisted of specialty millwork, stained paneling, and custom cabinetry. The Tuscan Isle of Poinciana now assists seniors in Osceola County with crucial services in a luxurious community.
