The Stuart Lodge project, built for Living Well Lodges, included the new construction of a three-story, 115,208-square-foot assisted living facility located in Stuart, FL. The facility houses 95 apartment units with 24-hour healthcare services. The project features a commercial kitchen, a laundry room, a swimming pool, common rooms, and exterior courtyard areas. The assisted living facility was constructed of a concrete footing foundation, concrete masonry unit, precast, and truss structural framing, a stucco exterior, and a copper TPO roof with shingles. Stuart Lodge now offers premiere assisted living for the comfort and care of seniors living in the communities of Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, and Hobo Sound.
