The Crane’s View Lodge project, built for Living Well Lodges, included the new construction of a five-story, 130,784 square foot assisted living community located in Clermont, FL. The complex houses 128 apartment units for assisted living and Alzheimer’s care with skilled nursing. The assisted living community was constructed of a spread footing and concrete slab foundation; a concrete masonry unit, precast, and wood truss structural frame; a stucco and stone exterior; and an asphalt shingle, thermoplastic polyolefin, and modified bituminous roof. The project also features a wellness center, courtyard, walking paths, library, kitchenettes, granite countertops, laundry facilities and individual controlled heating and cooling systems. Crane’s View Lodge now offers luxurious and private apartments for seniors living in the communities of Clermont, Minneola, Leesburg, Winter Garden, and Windermere.
