The Osprey Lodge project, built for Lakeview Crest, LLC., included the new construction of a five-story, 127,107 square foot senior living community located in Tavares, FL. The facility supports 172 assisted living and memory care apartment units. The senior living community was constructed of concrete masonry unit walls, pre-cast hollow core planks, stucco walls, and a flat deck and mansard roof. The project also features a dining room with a commercial kitchen, Irish Pub, internet café, a great hall, music room, chapel, spa and salon, therapy dog kennel, private dining room, and a library for socialization as well as a medical and dental clinic, physical therapy facility, and on-site nursing facility for medical needs. The Osprey Lodge now offers an additional option for assisted living and memory care to the aging population of Lake County.
