The Overture Grand Oaks (formerly Villa Grande at Sarasota) project, completed for Sarasota Gramercy LP., included the new construction of a five-story, 108-unit independent living facility located on an urban infill site near downtown Sarasota, FL. The facility features one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. Each home features large walk-in closets, fully-equipped kitchens, and access to a private screened lanai from both the living room and the master bedroom. The project also featured the construction of an independent clubhouse facility with a kitchen, club room, fitness center, and beauty center as well as a swimming pool, sun deck, and private parking beneath each building. The Overture at Grand Oaks now offers an elegant community for active seniors living in Sarasota County.
