The Banyan Senior Apartments project, built for Beneficial Communities, LLC, included the new construction of a three-story senior living apartment building located in Port Richey, FL. The facility functions as an assisted living community and houses 96 one- and two-bedroom energy-efficient residential apartment units. The senior living apartments include ceramic tile floor bathrooms, nine-foot ceilings, and interior corridors with washer/dryer connections and central heating/air conditioning. The project also features private balconies, walk-in closets, a swimming pool, a community theater, a library, a commercial kitchen, a formal dining room, a fitness center, a salon, and a club room.
