The Central Transportation Facility project, built for Chandler Unified School District, included the new construction of a 35,000-square-foot central transportation facility on an 18-acre site in Chandler, AZ. The facility houses the district’s buses and white fleet vehicles. The project also consisted of off-site improvements and half-street improvements along Centre Pointe Parkway, as well as the extension of an existing turn-lane from Ocotillo onto Centre Pointe Parkway. Construction of the facility included a masonry foundation with a structural steel frame, asphalt, and paved parking. The Central Transportation Facility project now provides centralized transportation services for the District.
