The City of Mesa Regional 911 Dispatch Facility project included the renovation of a 14,821-square-foot municipal dispatch and Emergency Operations Center located in Mesa, AZ. The facility houses the city’s fire and medical emergency communications services and supports workstations, office space, a fire training room, a nursing station, and a “quiet room” for dispatchers. The project also features a large panel video wall, an upgraded server room, emergency generators, and a UPS set. The emergency dispatch center was constructed utilizing a slab-on-grade concrete foundation, a tilt-wall concrete structural frame and pre-engineered metal building exterior, and roofing materials consisting of SBS membrane, foam, metal, and PVC. Construction also included the installation of an eight-foot site wall around the perimeter, millwork additions, and an aluminum storefront. The City of Mesa Regional 911 Dispatch Facility now provides increased emergency support to the community.
