CORE Construction (CORE) has broken ground on a 240,613-square-foot senior living community in Valrico, FL, in collaboration with Experience Senior Living. Located off Bell Shoals Road, the community will provide independent living, assisted living, and memory care options. Residents will enjoy state-of-the-art amenities, including a smart fitness center, a resort-style pool, a full-service salon, a movie theater, and multiple dining venues.

This marks the fifth partnership between CORE and Experience Senior Living, underscoring a strong relationship built on trust and collaboration.
