The Glenbrooke at Palm Bay project, built for Sage Living Center, Inc., included the new construction of a three-story, 221,468 square foot senior living community located in Palm Bay, FL. The facility functions as assisted and independent living community with 98 units consisting of one- and two- bedroom apartments and a community clubhouse. The senior living community was constructed of masonry block with a pre-cast concrete floor plan system. The project also features a private formal dining room, café and ice cream parlor, fitness center, activities room, beauty and barber salon, community pool, courtyard patio, and landscaped walking paths. The private apartments contain individual thermostats for heating and cooling, screened in lanais, walk in showers, and fully equipped kitchens. Glenbrooke at Palm Bay offers a welcoming environment for seniors to exercise independence and freedom in their later years.
