The El Paso Gridley Junior High School project, constructed for El Paso Gridley County Community Unified School District No. 11, included the demolition and a new build of an 80,000-square-foot school located in Gridley, IL. This project featured two gymnasiums, two music rooms, locker rooms, a storm shelter, a new kitchen, and the addition of classrooms and office spaces. This project was constructed on a concrete foundation supported by footings, a precast concrete and structural steel frame, a precast concrete exterior, and a modified bitumen roof.
