The Frisco Independent School District Bruce Eubanks Natatorium expansion involved the new construction of a 48,000-square-foot practice facility adjacent to the existing complex in Frisco, TX. In addition to serving as the District’s athletic department headquarters, this project includes a 50-meter practice pool, a multipurpose space with retractable walls to accommodate up to 250 people, and a Hall of Honor to recognize current students and alumni. The project was constructed on a concrete foundation supported by footings with a structural frame comprised of the pre-engineered metal building and structural steel, a masonry and metal panel exterior, and a single-ply roof. This thoughtfully designed expansion effectively doubled the pool and locker room capacities, offering students and faculty a modern and functional environment.
