The Village Veranda at Lady Lake project included the new construction of a 117,600-square-foot senior healthcare complex located in Lady Lake, FL. The facility houses a three-story, 100-unit assisted living facility and a 25-unit memory care center. The upscale senior living facility features offices, restaurant-style dining areas which provide seasonal menus, social gathering spaces for activities curated by a full-time activity director, and landscaped courtyards where residents can partake in the afternoon walking club or a game of cornhole. The complex was constructed on a spread footing foundation with a concrete masonry unit block and hollow-core plank frame, and an exterior of stucco, cementitious siding, and stone veneer elements. A composite shingle and standing seam metal roof completed the construction.
