The Lakehouse at Water’s Edge project, built for Water’s Edge at Bradenton, LLC, included the new construction of a four-story, 146,543-square-foot senior living community located in Bradenton, FL. The gated, assisted living community houses 109 apartment units with a 24-hour emergency call system. The project features kitchens, washer/dryer connections, walk-in closets, and private screened lanais in addition to community use areas consisting of an auditorium, a library, a fitness center, laundry facilities, a formal dining room and commercial kitchen, a technology room, a movie theater, a salon, a swimming pool, a community clubhouse, a 93-space parking lot, and elevators. The senior living community was constructed of a masonry-wood frame. The Lakehouse at Water’s Edge now provides resort-style assisted living for its residents.
