The Providence Health and Wellness Center at Park Place of St. John project, built for Providence Life Services, included the new construction of a 46,675-square foot healthcare residential community located in St. John, IN. The healthcare community houses three separate buildings (A, B, and C) with 50 units and functions as a skilled nursing, sub-acute rehabilitation, memory care, and assisted living facility. The facility was constructed on a foundation of spread footings and poured in place concrete with a brick veneer, cement board siding, aluminum fascia and soffits exterior. The single-story Buildings A and C contained a wood structural frame. Building B, a two-story structure, was built using a metal frame with a partial basement and elevator. The project also featured fire suppression systems, medical offices, full kitchens, patios, balconies, enclosed garages, and a fitness center. Due to CORE’s healthcare construction experience, the Providence Health and Wellness Center at Park Place of St. John project now provides religious focused aging services to the community.
