The OSF HealthCare Medical Office project, built for OSF HealthCare, included the new construction of a three-story, 53,210 square foot medical clinic located in Bloomington, IL. The facility consolidates outpatient services, such as PromptCare, occupational health, cardiovascular services, and primary care under one roof. The project is constructed on a concrete foundation with a steel structural frame, brick metal panel exterior, and an ethylene propylene diene monomer roof. The project also features a three-story entryway and glass canopies. The OSF HealthCare Medical Office project was completed in October of 2019.
