The Outlook at Hamilton project, built for Capitol Senior Housing, included the new build of a 213,485-square-foot independent living facility located in Noblesville, IN. This project featured a four-story building with four detached garages, lounging areas, a maintenance building, an internal building courtyard, a pool, a cabana, putting green, fireplaces, and an on-site dog park. This project was constructed on a concrete foundation supported by footings, a pre-engineered metal building and structural steel frame, a masonry exterior, and a metal panel and single-ply roof. This thoughtfully designed facility combines functionality and comfort, creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for its residents.
