The Fountains of Hope project included the new construction of an 89,791-square-foot assisted living facility located in Sarasota, FL. The facility is comprised of a three-story assisted living building with 68 units, three single-story memory care buildings with a total of 38 units, and two single-story commons buildings. The project also features a parking lot for 70 vehicles, 1,200 feet of access road, two landscaped courtyards, a port cochere, several decorative fountains, a full-service kitchen, a dining area, a chapel, a fitness center, and a spa. The assisted living facility was constructed with a cast-in-place, structural steel and concrete masonry unit structural frame, a stucco, Hardie Plank and stone veneer exterior, and a hollow core over wood truss roof system. The Fountains of Hope project now offers comfortable living with personalized assisted living, memory support, and respite care for seniors in Sarasota County.
